You folks must like late meetings and considerable abuse and Harry's new proposal if he means closing Duluth East will sure bring the wrath of the east end down upon you all, especially at election time. The sad truth is that Harry, as crazy as he may seem may prove to be right. Ten years ago, George Balach predicted that this was needed and sooner than later. Had it gone through then perhaps we would not be having this discussion now. I fear that once the "accurate" numbers are in that Harry's plan will be proven to be the most cost effective.

Keep thinking a bonding plan to ease this up. I am positive the citizens of Duluth will bail us out one more time.
